Due to the European demonstration planned in Brussels on Tuesday 1 October and the lack of staff to ensure security operations, all flights scheduled to depart from Charleroi airport on Tuesday 1 October have been cancelled. The safety of passengers and staff cannot be guaranteed. Passengers due to depart on that day will be contacted within the next few hours by their airline for a new reservation or a refund. Please do not arrive at the airport.
All incoming flights will be operated.
Charleroi Airport apologises to the passengers affected and will do its utmost to restart operations as normal and safely as possible on Wednesday 2 October.
