Brussels South Charleroi Airport has installed an efficient rainwater and waste water collection and treatment system.
The airport has a rainwater collection network thanks to the installation of a tank with a capacity of 500 cubic metres, which collects all the rainwater from the roof of terminal 1. This supplies BSCA’s entire bathroom network.
The airport also has a brand new water treatment station that successfully treats waste water from the whole airport in accordance with the standards that are currently in force.
