Brussels South Charleroi Airport encourages and commits itself to organizations in its region, keen to support the promotion of values that foster social cohesion.
This year, BSCA is getting involved through support and partnership actions in line with its fundamental values and based on 3 strategic pillars:
| Sustainable DevelopmentBSCA wishes to support projects linked to the preservation of the environment and biodiversity, the fight against climate change, famine, poverty, discrimination based on gender, color, religion and sexual orientation, and any societal inequality. This approach aims to meet the needs of the present according to the 3 pillars of sustainable development (Environmental - Societal/Social - Economic), without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Amount: €20,000 |
| HealthThe airport's aim is to support organizations involved in the development of the healthcare system, medical research, the creation of relaxation areas in hospital pediatric and oncology departments, health prevention, awareness-raising campaigns, etc., as well as support for people with disabilities and reduced mobility. Amount: €15,000 |
| Youth supportHelping young people is one of Brussels South Charleroi Airport's priorities. For several years now, BSCA has been working alongside associations that help children/young people in vulnerable situations, providing them with equipment or prospects through training, guidance, exchanges or any other means useful to their learning. BSCA also wishes to invest in organizations that are committed to creating childcare facilities, helping inclusive schools, etc. Amount: €15,000 |
